Epic Stakeholders here are the latest COVID Preparedness Plan updates.

We continue to see people returning to services – either in-person or remotely. More have been able to return to their jobs while others continue to look for new employment. Many participate in volunteer and other life enrichment activities including Epic’s remote services. We offer 50 virtual classes per week, scheduled throughout the day with a menu of options including Current Events, Musical Shares, Story Hour, Travel Tours, Art, Music, and Self Advocacy. Virtual classes are a great way to stay connected. These remote sessions also help Epic generate additional revenue during a time when we really need it to stay financially viable. All that is required to participate is an internet connection and computer, tablet, or phone. We can provide you with a tablet if you need one. If you are interested, contact Leah Williams at lwilliams@epicenterpriseinc.org for more information.

We continue to get updates from the Department of Human Services and the Department of Health regarding changes that we need to implement. The link below will take you to our newest COVID Preparedness Plan that includes those changes.

Thank you to our Epic families and friends who have remained patient and supportive throughout the uncertainty of the pandemic.

If you have questions or concerns, you can contact the staff who oversee your individual services or me at lhibbard@epicenterpriseinc.org.

Warm regards,
Linda Hibbard
