Epic Enterprise was the host site for the “Dish With Blake” cookbook launch. The event was very successful and garnered approximately 60 people in attendance.
Book sales were strong with most attendees making a purchase. The guests were able to taste 4 different smoothies made using recipes from the cookbook. A drawing was held to receive a free book if you voted for your favorite smoothie. The crowd favorite was the Very Berry fruit smoothie! It was made with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and vanilla yogurt, yum!
